ENA is seeking a collaborative and skilled nurse executive to fill the association's new Chief Clinical Officer position. The Chief Clinical Officer is responsible for expanding ENA’s clinical expertise, voice and impact, and identifying opportunities, partnerships and programs that advance and address needs in emergency nursing and emergency care. They are responsible for strategic leadership of ENA’s research and practice excellence teams and clinical insight and expertise across the association. The Senior Director of Finance provides strategic and execution leadership for all financial operations to ensure proactive financial management and analysis that supports ENA’s short- and long-term operations. This role serves as the ENA’s lead finance position responsible for highly complex areas such as budget, cash flow, financial forecasting, financial analysis, project management, investment priorities, risk management and overseeing the overall finance departments operations. This role is responsible for developing key strategies that support the association’s growth and involves extensive collaboration with ENA’s senior leadership team and the ENA Board of Directors.
